Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging. Please ensure the products are gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
